I agree with Mark and I do NOT consider these questions "off handed" they are legitimate questions.

Please note the the share price has increase and I have made $$ for which I am grateful.

BUT, FAMH press releases in Oct. and Nov. of 1997 state EPS of 0.12 for 3rd quarter and 0.09 for 4th quarter. I based my initial purchases on the COMPANY statements. The EPS falls from 0.21 to 0.11 and the shares go up to 41 million. That is some very significant dilution of EPS. I didn't base my investment decision on buying a company with an EPS of 0.07 (although it's still not a bad deal).

But just because the EPS is low doesn't mean that the company can just dilute the stock. I greatly appreciate the value of options to management. BUT, how about the details??

The stock price was NOT 0.09 when I got there. It was around 0.30 for most of the last several months. So the price has approximately doubled. Not bad, but why should I hang on? If you get rid of me, I won't be the only one. IF you keep me, you will have a MUCH stronger following and WE DO own a large part of the company.

Thank you and keep up the good work. Later, Leroyt
