I'm sorry, I know you people mean well, but who in their right mind would send a check for $100 to some lawyers to act on their behalf?

I mean, who's to know that they are even doing anything at all and how much money has been contributed in total. These guys could be making a mint at IMES investors expenses. (Not that we are all not already used to that sort of treatment).

And all these calls to the SEC and such...Have you called? What did they say? Is the SEC investigating?

Even if this firm is doing alot of real work against IMES, what chance do we have when the officer(s) hold so many shares? Hey, in my opinion, if you pay anyone enough money they will work hard even if they believe it to be pointless.

I am not trying to be negative or slander anyone, I just feel that your collection activities ask for a rather large leap of faith on the the part of people who have already been beaten down and possibly cheated.
