Off Topic Re: Beardstown Ladies. I believe they were thrust into fame after the NAIC association of investment clubs declared them to be the top investment club in America. The NAIC admitted some other clubs had better ROIs, but none of those had followed the NAIC rules and guidelines as religiously as the BLadies.
