TKO is in the process of taking over Imperial Venture Corp. It is a privately held company which holds title to two oil properties in Western Newfoundland. I can only assume from the activity on this stock before the halt that there was some heavy accumilation going on. Looks like the stock will be halted until the aquisition is complete, most likely around the end of May. I don't know how this will affect the share price. There will be some dilution, but the properties are considered to be very promising. Regards, Kansas City
