I notice Delphi controlled the press release.

The implications, of course, are huge. And, the stock DID move fifty cents !!! Most people really watching, and who understand, already have a position. The rest do not care, and will remain unconvinced because of immediate past track record. You still have ample time to acquire a position in this stock.
