I can't explain HTCH or the sector in general. There are maybe some signs of recovery? I had a conversation with a Seagater while I was in Thailand this week who observed that "things are picking up" without amplifying or explaining. For myself I am still on the sidelines waiting. I note with interest that there is apparently a rumor about QNTM as a takeover target.
