What's going on?

Just got home from the office. Sorry to see such a big
dip. What happened? Don't know but the various explanations
all make sense but then again IDTI may have simply fallen due
to:

1) Overall market nervousness due to the overall slowness
in chip mfg's sales and revenue stream. Most mfg's
are in moderate belt tightening programs ranging from
near hiring freezes, expense restrictions, etc. And
we've seen a continuing stream of earnings warnings or
caution flags thrown out. Folks may just be taking profits
while they can guessing that they can get back in later
due to relatively slow market???

2) IDTI got hit harder maybe because of the uncertainty of how
things will pan out for IDTI over time and they may not
want to take any chances and take some money now and run.
IDTI still has to prove itself with solid earnings to not
be victimized so much--stock price wise--during these
trying times.

3) And so on. But, I see no fundamental reason for this and
would expect the price to hover in the 13 to 15 range until
earnings come out and if good maybe go back up to 16 or so
but not too high due to Item 1. Unless, the tier #1 annouce-
ment were to materialize early????

I'll stop babbling. That's my opinion.
