Mr. Laupper also discussed briefly the affiliation with Raytheon's Pac
section, stating that it worked and was an interesting and very fast way to communicate images for consultation within seconds of exposure.
We did not discuss finances or profits. I got the impression when talking about prices that there was an adequate profit margin built into their structure. He did say that Swissray was solvent and that they would be able to do more in the way of promotion in the near future, including perhaps, the home pages.. All in all itg was an interesting and illuminating conversation. He is open, frank and totally knowledgeable about his company. We discussed the caliber of his sales force, noting that they had hired persons with a radiological background, with sales ability and the resources to speak to CEOs as well as technicians. When I said that such qualified people were hard to find he disagreed, saying that they had had little trouble getting the good ones. I believe that speaks well for the company's future because it seems to have attracted the best in representation.
