I agree with CJ and Cheryl. Things are looking strong,,,, that's why I bought back in today. Nevertheless, IMO answers to a few questions would make the company STRONGER. The 10K will not address shares issued after the first of the year. By the way, I went by the location of the Myriad offices last week. Looks like a nice office and a good location. Their offices are in a nice-looking high rise on the ocean in Long Beach. Ira asked that I not talk to them in greater detail until the deal has closed. I am in Northern California and Myriad is in Southern California. I travel to So. California on business regularly. I have spoke briefly with Ted Colo (of Myriad) a couple of times. My impression has been very positive. I'll report back when I've had a chance to speak with Ted after the deal closing. Later, Leroyt
