From what I can gather, there is some discrepency in the date of Lynx's software product release vs ADRX's date. Same basic software, but claimed by Lynx as the first to develop. The claim is that certain employees of ADRX "borrowed" the tech. from Lynx and then released it as there own. Lynx, of course is yelling foul.

The release made no mention of law firms retained or suits filed, I take that to mean that their is some room for bargining away a lengthy and costly litigation. I doubt that either co wants that, as ADRX is on shaky financial ground to begin with, and MDIX is trying to get back into it's growth pattern. This should be very interesting. I did notice that ADRX sold off about 10% on huge volume while MDIX remained steady all day and finished on an up tick. hmmmmmmm
