Rodman & Renshaw were pretty bullish on the stock. I noticed that Techvest put out a hold rating on each of ORG, ORTC, and ATIS. Yet ATIS was down while ORG and ORTC spiked up.

Do you know the text of that recommendation? ORTC has had substantial volume the last couple of days.
