To Dennis, Dick, Russell, and the Company!!

Your silence is not necessary! No matter what the situation,>

Let me assure all of you that the situation, which has been is responsible for our silence, is the fact that we SIMPLY HAVE HAD NOTHING TO REPORT. and there is nothing more sinister than that. Now however, since yesterday, we must deal with the reality of MATERIAL RELEASE OF INFORMATION as discussed later in this message..

To all- Status unchanged per conversation with Dennis today:

- Audit report not complete yet.
- COC report waiting additional information
- AuRIC hasn't completed their refining

I am impatiently waiting.
Regards,
Bob>

The facts are that the audit report is not complete yet. We have had some problems with our auditor and, as of this report, every one of those problems has been resolved satisfactorily. We see the light at the end of the audit tunnel and we plan to solve any additional problems as they arise, as is the responsibility and function of management. If anyone out there has ever been involved in a full-blown audit and have not had some problems...I would be surprised.

We are waiting for additional information concerning the COC report. Management shall release information concerning this report when management decides it is best do so. There will be no further discussion by management on this thread concerning such an announcement. See discussion of MATERIAL RELEASE OF INFORMATION, below.

AuRIC has not yet completed the refining of the 1031 pounds of dore. There have been some problems, which cannot be considered the fault of either your company or AuRIC. Your management has decided that a public discussion of these problems would serve no positive purpose. We are pleased with our initial introduction to AuRIC and we hope to develop a long lasting and mutually profitable relationship with them. We feel that AuRIC offers Global a talent and a capacity sorely needed by Global.

Be informed that we on this thread do not represent 100% of Global's shareholders. The SEC does not consider company releases on the Internet to be official shareholder releases. I have inquired and our attorney has advised me that the MATERIAL RELEASE OF INFORMATION to a select group, but not all, of our investors may be construed as placing some of our investors at a disadvantage and thus subjecting your company to very severe penalties. Therefore we can only make significant announcements through Shareholder Letters and not this thread or even our web page. Since Shareholder Letters, which must be sent by the transfer agent, are expensive to send, approximately $5,000 per letter, only significant announcements will be made utilizing this method. (This paragraph is simple statement of FACT and must be considered for all future information on this thread and the web site. I will look deeper into this in order to determine what constitutes A MATERIAL RELEASE OF INFORMATION.)

Please do us a favor here. Tell us your truthful evaluation of your situation! If you need further time to perfect your process, then let that be known.>

DO YOU A FAVOR AND TELL THE TRUTH!!! Does it require a favor to tell the truth? I definately feel that I have been insulted. The implication is that I lied to Bob Walsh when I told him that AuRIC had not completed the refining of the 1031 pounds of dore and that we do not have the results. That was nor is a lie. Beyond that I will not give you any evaluation of the situation, as this would be nothing more than my opinion. I prefer to wait until I have some facts to talk about. I do understand your frustration at the slowness of the results and of the news, however I resent the pressure to fabricate news. I can now understand just how and why some of the pre-mature news releases have been made in the past. It was my impression that all of us wanted a stop put to such practices. I am doing my best and I do not intend to yield to these pressures to produce news just because some shareholders are unhappy with the speed of reality.

For your information I too am a shareholder and have been one for fifteen-years. I own many, many thousands of shares, and have purchased every one of them on the open market at prices, which average well above the current market price. I took this job, leaving my company in Hawaii for my partner to run, because the success of Global Platinum can be the most significant financial event that can happen in my life. I am not here because I needed the job but I am here to do whatever I can to help Global with the final result being the highest stock price possible. I am not some PR hotshot, as someone referred to me, nor was I hired primarily to be Global's PR man. In fact I consider PR to be less than 10% of what I am doing at Global. At such time as we have something to report, that percentage may increase.

As always I am interested in what our shareholders have to say so I will be reading this thread as I always do. I have included my new e-mail address and I would be interested in hearing from many of the lurkers out there and though I don't think I will have time to answer many I will read them all.
