This time it is going to do better. Here is what Perlegos said last time:

"The book to bill ratio for the quarter is expected to
exceed 1:20. And absent further deterioration
in the Asia situation, we expect to grow revenue moderately
in the first quarter of 1998." (This was said on January 12)

Asia's situation does not seem to have further deteriorated.
I think it is improving, with Japan bouncing back, Thailand
improving, Hong Kong moving ahead, China resisting well
currency devaluation pressure, wireless communication sector
being "not much affected", etc... I am hopeful for a better
quarter. Besides, with book value $9, I don't expect too much
downside, if it does not rise from here.

Anyone knows what the short interest is like for the stock?
