Patrick, I'm responding to this post number because I'm wondering if the En Passant rule will be in play should I move K4 to K5. Your pawn on the side is at Q4. However, I tried to play your move ahead on my computer as an En Passant move and it wouldn't recognize the move. I'm sure I've seen my computer program make the move in the past so I'm wondering: If I move K4 to K5 do you believe the En Passant rule comes into play?

I'd like an answer before I post WHITE (9). Thanks.
