Hopefully this is not a repost. Has anyone else read this strong buy recommendation out of Groome Capital Advisory ? It was dated 3/5 and they felt that ECO had meet there earnings expectations and now is a buying opportunity. They have a 1.21 est for '98 and 1.97 for '99. They estimate that DBCC would add 250MM in '98 and 700MM (US) in '99. They also assumed that the convertible notes have not been converted into ECO stock but replaced with a $150 MM high yield bond with a 9.5% coupon. On another note. My broker (Presidential Brokerage) told me that McGinnis will be flying into San Diego to meet with them and take part in a talk show (date not know yet). Hopefully he will be taking calls from the public.
