I'd like to hear more about how ASML is diversified. How is that? They make make steppers and scanners. SVGI has lithography, track, and thermco.

BTW, I've come up with a solution to the demand problem for Micrascans. Drop the price and provide support equal to that given to Intel. <G> Or raise the price Intel pays for them. Getting Intel to 0.13&#181m first should be worth something. <G>
