Emerson, If you don't mind, I would like to add a some questions to your list. What happens to the uncerted shares once the Transfer Agent starts certifying and issuing? Is it possible that the people holding street name shares, loose their shares once the official float is accounted for? The shares that are "borrowed", are they able to be recalled in anyway? steve
