You have touched on a point that seems to have been overlooked. I question the SEC's claim that IHI has used a pyramid scheme to raise more than 150 million dollars. After all, IHI operates in the State of North Carolina and is presently in compliance with the laws of that State. What about that revenue? Is it part of the 150 million dollars?

I'm not trying to be judge and jury, but I am suggesting some have tried to grab headlines by simplfying the issue at the expense of IHI and its representatives. Ironically, these people do not provide full disclosure when trying to sell their copy.

The consent decree proposal, that calls for IHI to resume selling products, but bars it from recruiting new sales representatives will go a long way in sustaining IHI if accepted by the U.S. District Judge. It suggests the SEC is not trying to kill IHI, upon which many people depend. Discussion?
