The following is a link to Network Imaging's filing yesterday. If you read the basic gist of it, Zanett is getting their 10 million shares and they can now sell them. I don't know if they are actually planning on selling them, but they will soon have the common shares instead of the series K preferred stock. freeedgar.com Any comments from the rest of the peanut gallery out there? :-)
