Says they filed a complaint, and that implies MDIX initiated legal action. I think that the response of "slander" is just posturing, since they can't possibly sue for slander in a situation like this. Does anyone know the details of this case?

Let's keep in mind that cases can take a couple of years to wind through the courts and eventuate in a settlement. The exact court where the filing occurred was not mentioned and that's important. We can find out the wait time and the length of time the case can take. Well, we should be able to find out from IR.

I'm sure MDIX feels that they have a case or wouldn't have filed, and would have tried to settle in advance, before filing a suit. Suits are very expensive and draining.

I think we should try to find out more.
