I think what is going on here is this : HOPR ceases to be a co., but
does not file BK, howver loan is off back of
owners,(we) We, because of realization of successful financing thru
CWRC,escape HOPR ,and CWRC becomes the co. that builds casino, back
by already attained financing. Eventually then, HOPR files, debt
forgiven, HOPR a thing of the past, and CWRC ontogreater
things. What happens to HOPR shares, I don't know. I believe CWRC shrs.
very valuable at this point.Fair to HOPR shareholders ? NO.
To CWRC, YES. Perhaps some transference toCWRC shrs. from HOPR shrs will
be mandated. I am certain that CWRC project is not
dead. A switch in cos., pure and simple. I am buying more CWRC. Its at
@.13. We will have to wait and see !
