The press release says placement of 15 million in private securities. This does not necessarily mean common stock (could be preferred's, debt,etc.). Even so, the private aspect means that they would not be registered as tradeable in the near term (less disclosure requirements on a private placement). I'm really looking forward to see what happens with this company down the road. 3D development will be hot (just take a look at the Voodoo 2 based cards) now that the hardware restrictions are making high quality 3D graphics a reality. Their apparent direction to link in streaming audio sounds promising. I've been holding this stock a little while now and I'd have to say I'm really curious as to what happens down the road. The way I see it this is their last chance - make or break - and I wish them luck. It's still to early to take a tax loss. Joe C.
