Just my two cents here, but I disagee with fears of a reverse merger. If the company is not legit, a reverse merger can be deadly. If you do a 10 x 1 reverse, your 10,000 shares at .02 become 1000 shares worth .20. If the company is lousy, those 1000 shares can soon be worth .02..
On the other hand, large floats (like 100 million shares) work against good companies. It becomes very very hard to move the stock price up on good news and earnings because the float is so large. If you can't move the price up, the company can't qualify for a NASDAQ listing. If it can't qualify, it cannot be traded by institutional investors.. the domino effect goes on and on and on.
I would rather have 1000 shares worth $1 than 10,000 shares worth a .10 of a legit company..
