Hi James, My discount broker won't let me write naked calls and won't let me sell a put of any kind, though looking at the upside and downside of selling naked calls or puts, don't think i would have the stomach for that kind of leverage. Guess you are in different league then i. I'm trying to setup a nice straddle on CPQ weighted on the upside. So if you sell a call to hedge, would you be selling a July? A naked call? - Chris
