Chuck,
Looking back at some of the past posts about the NASDAQ delisting--
there seemed to be a negative spin to them. I'm not sure how this all started if it was NASDAQ initiating the delisting or if it was IPM that was requesting the delisting. In reading the IPM press release dated Feb 12th, to me it looked like IPM was requesting the delisting hearing. I know its hard to second guess what IPM's intentions are but maybe IPM would not view the delisting as a negative. Time will tell. I still believe IPM can and will do what they started out to do.
