not considered 50% dilution by wall st standards.......1st increase was 504 sales when price was 18 cents in addition sold at discount..2nd at 26 cents ...... majority was at higher prices....less % dilution........all advisors have said that because of our volume it has less effect.......we have traded 1 third our float on some days and the price has increased 300 % since our first 504 sale.....after nasdaq merger and share exchange/arbritrage gains it will be even further irrelavant
