PAL, You cannot believe how high my stack of free AOL CDs is getting....

After using two free trial periods and the pain of having to cancel
thru the phone, I pulled the plug on my AOL service only after paying for 1 month (and that was only bc I couldn't get thru to cancel on time).

Let me warn those who sign up for the free hours to make sure they have a speakerphone bc it takes at LEAST 20 minutes of your time (that was always my case) to get through to a sales rep. to cancel the service. But then again, you can always write in w/ snail mail....I'm not they accept emailed cancelations.

I now consider the AOL CDs as junk mail.
