Intel, the world's dominant chip maker with about 85 percent of the market, said 700 megahertz chips should hit the market in the next few years. This means the DRAM world has to change ! Wish I knew if micron will be a leader in this faster speed. Micron is one of the few that has dram for the BX440 coming in April 1998. My guess you must have 8 inch at .25u or you are out of the race ! Larry Dudash
