Did we not see a reference to "Eigeles" in a recent post from the person who started this thread?

It may be worth checking out who this person is.....third party info says that he/she is based in Israel, and that there may be some connection between him/her and the Netscape board member?????

Who "invented" the technology? Was it perhaps sold/licensed to someone else? Was it developed by Diversinet, or are they enhancing/marketing someone else's code? Is there an ownership/copyright issue?

Is there any connection between the Instant Publisher crew and the Diversinet exec team? Do investors want to bet on a venture whose promoters have a less than pristine track record?

Astute investors will ask these questions....and search out the answers.

Does anyone know how to contact "Eigeles Systems"? If they are checking this thread, can they shed any light on the allegations?

As for the takeover thought....the DD process should ensure that enlightened suitors check out the credentials of the players. Neither Netscape nor Microsoft would lightly entertain a venture that may carry some baggage.

Who's buying?
