Linda, Perhaps I'm reading the release wrong. MDIX submitted a demand to ADRX for 395 million...I do not see the word complaint or legal action mentioned anywhere in the release. ADRX is posturing, I agree with you there. I doubt that either co will comment to telephone inquiries, I know I wouldn't. Given the action in the respective stocks today.....I'm holding. You know and I know that these things are known long before we do. (too many "knows) :-) I'm holding. Ken W
