Larry, Good info...you do pretty well when you're not running down editors.. BTW 193nm was the wavelength used for that recent University of Texas demo print of design features at .08u...the "impossible" until they did it.. And it was with special photoresists, and a custom DPMI phase shift mask, CYMI provided the ArF eximer laser for the ISI equipment. So we should see DUV around for quite some time, wouldn't you agree? TSO
