Frank, You are so tiring. More worthy candidates for AD prevention/ intervention? Let's stop neurons from dying. These cognitive enhancers WON'T slow AD's swift progression and, additionally, patients may not want to take them - there is a certain peace in dementia (take the other's who participate in this SIBIA thread as an example). And, to avoid another attack: where at this point would one find inspiration for these anti-death candidates? I refer you to MP Mattson/ BA Yankner/ MA Smith.
