Dave,
I know we have differing opinions on Actrade, but this is a serious question. Please take it as such.
In all of the almost 4,000 posts here I have not really seen a breakdown of the Actrade customer base and what the revenues actually mean to the business. If this could be defined, it would provide a useful baseline to value the stock. Individual Investor does have a forward looking projection of $40 a share, but no real supporting information for that estimate. This is really one of the two things that is lacking in my mind that prevents me from investing in this stock.
What I would like to see is a quantification of the customer base. Specifically, how many TAD customers does Actrade really have? Who are the top five TAD customers in the Actrade fold, how many TADS did they buy, and what was the total value of those TADS. The data should be provided on a quarterly basis. Information on the last quarter would be sufficient. I could be bump it against the earnings report due out soon. This information could confirm the validity of the auditors and also go a long way toward changing my opinion on the integrity of management, which is my other major concern.
I am asking you because you have done the research here and have laid it on the line that Actrade is getting a raw deal here. If you can provide this information and if the fundamentals justify the higher valuation, I will buy the stock. I swear to God, Dave, I will buy the stock. I don't even need to see the $40 II projection justified. $25 will do just fine. Honestly, I am here to make a buck, just like most of us. If Actrade really values at $25 in 12-18 months, I will most certainly buy it and post a public apology on this thread.
Make me a believer Dave, I have seen enough irreverent posting here. This is your chance to put an end to all of this nonsense.
Sincerely,
Don
