Well, Becker, I've been cogitatin' on the best answer I can give to your "enquiring mind"...and here's what I've come up w/... 2 requisites that I beleive we can agree on for a premise: 1)CB's who want gold...i.e., have demonstrated an affinity for purchasing/venerating their gold holdings in the past and quite possibly missing from the CNNfn "sellers' listing" 2)holders of "enticing" amounts of foreign reserves useful to Belgium's CB... Since I operate on the premise: 1)that no one will EVER know who really bot 2)it is politically correct to say that it is/was another CB... here are my best guesses for the Letterman Top 5 list: Germany China India US Govt MSFT CBer, Gates. They fit my criteria...how 'boutchu?
