AMSWA owns 81% of LGTY common stock. AMSWA has transferred three of four businesses to LGTY, then sold to the public 19% of the company.

The remaining operation under AMSWA is an ERP software business. In order to ensure that their clients will be Y2k compliant, AMSWA has been proactive and invested a fair amount of coin in developing a Y2k remediation methdology, tailored to purchasers of their ERP software. So, it seems that what is left, besides 81% of LGTY common stock, is a software company with a base of Y2k-compliant customers (from what I understand).

So they've a methodology for Y2k compliancy built, which, perhaps they can market elsewhere..
