Michael, I wanted to let you and Willy know that EchoNet came out to my house yesterday and spent FIVE HOURS recabling and reinstalling the dishes (to the roof instead of on the side of the house), replacing the receivers, and swapping out my 42 switch for two 21 switches. They were on time, in fact they were early to arrive, and the two people who were out there were kind and courteous. They were completely mesmerized as to why my 1000 receiver would force my 5000 receiver to reset whenever we changed channels. What a nuissance. While I am sometime quick to criticize, I want to be equally quick to praise when praise is due. A big reason why people HATE cable companies is because of the arrogance of the installation crews making you stay home all day to wait on them. Does anybody know the time frames of when they will be operational with the NASA channel. I am also interested on when they will have their Internet-Access data services. Carter
