With a move 30% up in one day, it will trigger the momentum crowd(technical analysis bunch). The lead market maker has momentum customers. Watch the short interest shot up and wait for the momentum to die down. On the other hand, short interest may be taken care of by the limit orders and other inexperienced gamblers taking profit.
