I know Needham & Co. went from a strong buy to a buy, but i don't think Cowen did anything. If they did, i never saw the news. I have been tryin to get a hold of Adflex IR but she has not returned my call. I will post anything interesting that comes out of the conversation. I will verify the downgrade and find out why they downgraded AFLX, hopefully she will have an answer.
