Robert: Thank you for sharing what you are hearing. It does sound more than plausible that MSFDC would try to team up with Citi's billpay -- which for the vaporware vendors at MSFDC at least has the virtue of existing. And I agree with your analysis: once such a combination is on the field, CKFR's superiority will be quickly apparent, first to bankers and, once earnings start to flow, to Wall Street as well.

But, regarding stock buyback, wouldn't it be better to wait until they have several quarters of earnings?

In any case, if the price stays down for a few days it would have the beneficial effect of reducing or eliminating the charge due to the Integrion warrants, correct?
