Henry and Luis, I think the argument you are having brings up the need to wake up all the shorts out there. The shorts are probably taking comfort from what you say Luis, and the longs from what you say, Henry.

But, I say:

Hey, all your shorts, the time to cover is now! Just look at the chart pattern: up on high volume, down on low. In the past propagating bad news did send LDAKA down on low volume. But that won't work forever. We are too near to approval. And all the genuises at Lidak know they better make sure the FDA gets all the proper info they need, or there'll be hell pay in lawsuits. So it looks like approval is likely. So, as a public service to all shorts: Your last chance to cover is now, or you WILL lose your shirts. God bless!
