I have been an FSCX shareholder for more than 4 years and have left well over $100K on the table. It pains me to talk about it, but I feel I have a chance to get it back. My broker had a conversation with Pete Madsen today and the following items were highlighted:

1. The lawsuit has really been dragging them down. Tomorrow is a potential out of court settlement date. Pete wants this to end so he can devote more time to running the business.

2. He said that the frame relay industry has been slow the past 18 months as evidenced by anemic sales growth. He claims that other companies such as ANET and SYNX have experienced similar problems. He believes that this is changing.

3. Once the lawsuit is settled, he stated that he will make a positive statement about the future of the company. The reason he did not make a statement in the earnings release was because of the lawsuit.

4. He also stated that there are contracts to be announced after the lawsuit is settled.

5. They wrote off everything they could in the 3rd quarter which should lead to a profitable 4th quarter barring any unforeseen disasters.

I know that we have heard a lot of false things in the past, but at this point I think we have to believe him and hope for the best. Don't let these market makers suck you out of the stock by dropping the bid every time someone sells 100 shares.

I fully anticipate much better days ahead. They will be here sooner than you think.
