Time to revisit the Fundamentals. First: What does Actrade do?
What is/will/could drive sales? Why do customers use their product?

(I ask, because what is the extent of people's knowledge on this thread). For example, what is the value that Actrade has their patent on the books. Is Actrade expensing or capitalizing their investment in infrastructure.

My answer used to be: that Actrade taught their customers to
convert SPECIFIC accounts receivable into insured commercial paper
(a NEGOTIABLE instrument) which would help them extend terms, strengthen collection, outsource A/R, collection etc.

But after spending several hours yesterday revisiting the company I have learned this is not the true reason that customers are interested. The above may describe the effects/results of using the TAD, but it is marketing jargon.

In a sentence, what is the niche that Actrade is in?

I will be back later to answer this after the end of the day.

Is ANYONE on this thread interested in the fundamentals of the company?
