Start-up companies such as Humascan attract seed capital from venture capitalists and other aggressive investors seeking a substantial ROI within a relatively short period. As I stated, there are investors which have unloaded a portion of their shares to free up capital for new investment. I do not view this as a negative signal. Cashing out a portion of an initial investment (recognizing a ROI of 1000+%) in order to invest in a new venture is how fortunes are accumulated. Besides, many of these investors are still holding substantial stakes in HMSC.

HMSC also attracted a lot of new investors at prices between $10-13.5, some of which were large institutions (which do in fact conduct due diligence before committing capital).

I'd like to hear concrete reasons behind why you think HMSC is doomed, reflecting your due diligence review.
