Here's the last message I just received this week. Everything seems good to me.

Dear Bill:

The Trimax release will appear on the internet sites tommorrow, 3-17-98. Because Trimax is a private company, their earnings are as well private. Let me state this however, we will not buy any companies which do not furnish us at least the same margins we receive in EBS(roughly 20%). Although, the final terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed, it will not have a dillutive effect on our shareholders(i.e. net earnings for equity is non-dillutive).

If you check, we released earnings figures today, 3-16-98, they show revenues of $5.5 MM and net earnings of $1.05 MM, or $ 0.13 cents per share, about three cents higher than we expected.
