Preliminary Ground Geophysics Survey Complete

- Preliminary Ground Geophysics Survey Complete

Dalton B. DuPasquier, President of Prior Resources Ltd. announces that the Company and its
joint venture partners have completed preliminary ground geophysics surveys over select
portions of the Voisey Bay Project. The Voisey Bay Project is a 800 claim joint development
pool in the South Voisey Bay Area, approximately 90 km south of the Diamond Fields
Discovery.

Prior Resources Ltd. has a 12.5% interest in the joint venture.

The ground surveys were carried out adjacent to known sulfide rich zones and, accordingly, it is
anticipated that anomalies identified in the recent surveys will be characterized by similar or
higher grade sulfide concentrations.

Upcoming drilling will form a small part of an estimated million dollar drill program to be
conducted over the next 12 months. During the past weeks the joint venture has been
stockpiling the South Voisey Bay camp with fuel and provisions for the fall and winter programs.
