Marshall,

Quite the contrary, I welcome your questions, or anyones, also commentary good or bad. That is the true purpose of these public forums, to share our knowledge, and opinions.

I will try to answer your questions by the numbers.

1.Since there are many products, let's talk about the two newest, both the D-Mark and the Cyclone were scheduled for October beta testing, with production immediately thereafter. I am told that this is ahead of schedule on both. The voice server is actually a two separate pieces that make up a whole. One side is the hardware the other side is software. On Franklins web page, it is stated that one of the projects is to procure the software side. This is pretty much in place, but the expediture isn't needed till FNET is operational and ready to provide the voice services, so there is no rush. It has however been tested, and is fully functional as soon as the time is ready. Side note: The GTE switches are in the final stages of being installed, they have lite up the boards already, so to speak.

2. I used FNET share distribution more as a way of comparing apples to apples. DCI/FTEL vis a vie, only as gauge as to what it would mean to shareholders value, an estimate at best. Of course in the case of the shares not being distributed, that disbursment share value would then be reflected in the FTEL sharevalue and/or book value.

3. Right now, due to the turmoil and resulting volatility, I would not recommend anything other than a hold, and if the price reflect and opportunity to average down, then I'd consider buying. If someone were to be just considering the "buy in", I'd say to nibble here with only a small % (say 20%) then work my way in, on strict regimented buying on limit orders between the bid and ask.

4.As for this question, I really don't have any thoughts, and feel that if I did, they'd be irrelevant. The important thing is that the participants of the contract are happy with the arrangement. That is all that counts. Looks like a staight finders fee arrangement to me.

Hope this helps,

RB
