Perhaps it is time for us to consider a shareholder lawsuit. I know a great securities lawyer in New York who handled a case locally against Riscorp (RISC). The company was sold, but this lawyer and his team still got $22 million for the shareholders. It was a good settlement considering the circumstances. He will do it on contingency.

I think Network Imaging is vulnerable with all of the manipulation going on with the different series of convertible preferred stock. There are several other issues that also have some potential for a shareholder lawsuit. I am not casting stones at anyone in particular with the company, but we are investigating the situation for possible action at this point.

There is more to this story, but I will not say anymore till things work out over the next few weeks. One of the attorneys is doing research on Network Imaging. If anyone has an interest in signing onto this possible effort, email me. I will put you in touch with the attorneys.
