t-bone, just so some follower doesn't get excited about me "making up numbers", from the Feb 27/98 company fact sheet included in latest investor info package. "Trading symbol: WACC Authorized shares: 50 million common 1 million preferred ISSUED SHARES (as of 1/1/98) 17,673,400 common 236,700 preferred SHARES IN FLOAT (as of 1/1/98) 7,628,400 RESTRICTED SHARES OWNED BY MANAGEMENT (as of 1/1/98) 10,045,000 (56.84%) STOCKHOLDER EQUITY $2,215,000 There is getting to be more information available about this company all the time. Now if only they'd start building!!!! JOE
