Thanks for your response Herm. Question on open interest:
I use to look at high open interest when buying an option. I think when selling a call I should look for a low open interest.
My theory: If open interest is low most likely it is an overpriced and less promissing buy for savvy buyers but a few inexperience buyers may put their money into these options. Your comments ?
Ofcourse this is one of many things you would look at when selling a call. By the way do you have a site to check the delta factor on stocks?
