Don't know about "Business Wire" specifically(criteria for submission) but imagine that you have to be in good standing with reporting and with the SEC. I don't have a gripe with ADGI on releases; in fact I am encouraged by their aggressive public awareness campaign. SEC is VERY sour on hype via the press. Plenty of enforcement dittys to review on Edgar re: same. One observation I have made is that none of the press releases (I can remember) have had the disclaimer of: "This report contains forward looking statements" etc. At least they're reporting (actual?)events that HOPEFULLY will translate into $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and investor interest. After 2 years of owning this company I am HOPEFUL that the reports will start reflecting revenue statements instead of, well, you know.. Long (and tired) on ADGI! B
